Celebrate the first day back to school at the
mini-TEATROTOC FESTIVAL on Kampa.
All afternoon, be part of the magical atmosphere of puppet shows, international and Czech performers, workshops and friends that Teatrotoc has brought to Kampa for the past nine years!
You'll get the chance to see the JOURNEY INTO THE KINGDOM OF PUPPETS - a unique marionette performance created by puppetry students from Portugal, Turkey, USA, Cyprus, Mexico, Belgium, Holland, and Norway! The show will only be performed 5x in Prague, so don't miss it! Dora Bouzkova (LBH) and Tomas Behal (Toy Machine) will present their brand-new fairy tale PRAPRAPRA...POHADKA. And Premysl Bukovsky will present the world premiere of his own special version of "Punch and Judy."
And in the tradition of Teatrotoc, children can hammer, glue, paint, tape and bring their own wonderful puppets to live in our children's workshop .
In case of rain, the performances will be moved indoors.

HOW MUCH? Free! (small materials fee for children's workshop and donations to the hat encouraged!)
PROGRAM
All afternoon - Puppet making workshops for children with Loutky bez hranic (Puppets without Borders).
1:30 p.m. Journey into the Kingdom of Puppets - marionettes will take the audience into a fairy tale world, made up of multiple languages, music, movement, laughter... a fairy tale appropriate for kids 2+
2:30 p.m. Praprapra...pohádka by Dora Bouzkova and Tomas Behal
3:30 p.m. Punch and Judy (Premysl Bukovski)
4:30 p.m. Journey into the Kingdom of Puppets (see above)
5 p.m. All are welcome to an exhibition opening of paintings by the artist Kveta Fialova - "Legracky pro deti" - in KC Kampa
